Project Highlights

Project: Talking Stick Resort

Architect: FFKR Architects

Contributing Manufacturer: Geolam, Inc.

Materials: Vertigo Cladding in Rosewood

The architectural design of the Talking Stick Resort is influenced by historical and cultural elements of the community’s past. Native stones, plants and earth-tone color schemes create a simple and elegant place for entertainment and relaxation. Extensive gardens with water features, pools, formal & informal meeting spaces, and a ceremony garden extend the resort outward.

Geolam, Inc. provided materials used in the construction of the resort. Vertigo Cladding in Rosewood was used for the ceiling cladding, maintaining the look of being built out of natural materials native to Arizona.

Geolam® is a sustainable wood-plastic composite used primarily for decking and cladding. Made of 90% recycled materials and 100% recyclable, Geolam is an eco-friendly wood alternative and a sophisticated choice. Geolam has the perfect product for a wide variety of interior and exterior applications in areas where lasting beauty and durability are essential.
